I would stay at 6k, 8k's are way to blue for my taste.

DDM Tuning supposedly have the best kits and best warranty, but I've never dealt with them.

6k HIDs are the brightest and whitest, lower and you start getting yellowish, higher you start getting bluish then purplish.

That's what my boss said about his new Toyota tundra TRD. He bet me my paycheck that his truck will crush my car. I just laughed at him. And he's like I'm serious. (Note: he found out yesterday that my car is a v6, what he doesn't know is that it is pushing over 300 to the wheels ) so I shook his hand and he was like are we still gonna be friends afterwards and I said Idk it depends if you pay me my money then he left. I'm gonna race him soon, I need that money

Good luck! You will be hooked! You may want to inflate you front tires to close to 40lbs to limit sidewall flex also, this is what I do.

That was super fun today!! I left the car as is, so how I would drive it on the street. It was awesome! Now I know how my suspension will handle.

Maybe it's different for road racing, but I usually inflate mine to only 30lbs and then check the wear pattern as I race to see if the outside of the tire is contacting the pavement or not.
