Today, now yesterday East coast time, I spent a few hours with a veteran drag racer...he races for fun and travels from east to west coast racing his home grown Cuda. Awesome. He (Goode Racing) dropped out of the bracket racing in Fayetteville, NC due to either exceeding his dial or reaction time...the guy's about 75 and still racing. Amazing...I think he plans on kicking the bucket on the road to some race in America. He's my hero...I am headed in the same direction. His quote, "they will say, I did it my way". I respect it.

That's great! I have a 70+ year old Nam veteran friend that has loved and owned Mustangs for many years. He just sold his 2010 Shelby and bought a DIB 2014. He says, "This '14 hooks up better than my 2010 did and who doesn't appreciate 662 HP when they feel the need for speed? Ripping through the gears and hearing the s/c whine gives me a woody."

It was cool-to-chilly this morning, so I took the GT/TP out for a ride in the county. She seemed to love the cooler air on this quiet Sunday morning. The smell of roasting Pirellis and the roar of a Coyote made my day!

I only get them on occasion when the guy has new ones. I don't use used/washed ones. So when he gets the new ones he throws me a couple bundles of them and I used A LOT of them lol.

I do but I only wax with new ones. I wash with once washed ones I dirty them up with my rims and then throw them away or use them as grease rags then.
