Ehhh... Tulsa lol, I lived there for 6 months this year. Lived right next to downtown, way too big of a city for me. I'm used to having neighbors a half mile away.

I've seen a lot of people that shouldn't be around a pair of pliers yet alone be wiring anything...lol. And I've found that it's generally better if I do it myself because it gets done with the details in mind. Not just trying to make a buck.[COLOR="Silver"]

When I had my Cobra my beater was an 86 Accord. I got pulled over in that thing twice during that time period and never in the Cobra. Go figure. And the Cobra was completely not emissions legal whatsoever lol.

Well thank you my friend.....I'm disabled a bit these days and so I take my time doing everything....and I got a late start and we are going to Tulsa so I will get it done when I get back....She gets stored for the winter anyways so no biggy.

I'm planning on going to a six speed transmission and that I will have to have done as I don't have a lift in my garage..... .

I just completed installing the LCA relocation brackets on it and boy was that fun. I'm not complaining but at 64 years old and disabled it can be kind of daunting at times. But, where there's a will there's a way.

If you get the 6 spd make sure you do the wide ratio one with the .50 6th gear. Any reason specifically you are getting the 6 speed? The TR3650 is a pretty stout transmission and if its shifting well/smooth I would probably mod it elsewhere.

Yeah, ya gotta be careful that's for sure.....being a tool maker and a mechanic helps. I'm kinda anal about the details......and I don't do anything half ***.

Well I like my 4:10 gears and the sixth speed will help me in the gas mileage department. Before I put those gears in I was getting 27-28 mpg and would like to get somewhere in that range again.

Look at my garage and you will see I've done quite a few upgrades. After the transmission, clutch and drive shaft then it will be time to start making power. I went the right way this time....suspension and brake upgrades before the power...hehehe!

I want to do an supercharger and forge the lower end after the transmission.

The picture is (was) my F350 that I was driving to work on Jan 20, 2009. Since then life has been a roller coaster ride. I can't ride my motorcycles much anymore so I've jumped back into hotrodding. This is my second Mustang which I ordered myself. It's all paid for so now I can make it that way I want it......and I've had the need for speed all my life...lol!

Because the close ratio 6 speed has a .62 6th gear. Your 5th gear right now is .67 so its not going to give you some super deep overdrive. Unless you want the .7something gear in between 4th and pretty much the same final drive you have now that is.

Hell, the 01-04 5 speeds had the same .62 5th gear as the .62 6th gear in the Terminator and you can get an Astro A5 (T-5 on roids) that has a .59 5th gear.
