I am the one on the right, in case anyone was wondering. We felt we had to redneck it up, since we were in Alabama.

Isn't that the same thing? Was it really dangerous? Dad keeps the guns locked up cause he don't want me to get them. I just tell him I can buy my own, but I don't like them anyway.

No, we didn't actually keep them out there. We just brought the Shotgun and AR-15 out for the photo op. I always carry my pistol on me because I have a conceal carry permit, so I always had that on me.

Why would you need to carry a gun around? Do you want to be a cowboy? Do you wear Wranglers? My dad won't let me anywhere near his guns because he says I'm not responsible enough. But I can have a fast car so I don't know what his deal is?

Because I don't want to be defenseless when the next crazy bastard goes on a rampage.

There are enough sketchy people out there to warrant carrying a gun.

Wouldn't you get in trouble if you like accidentally shot an innocent person? What if you got shot? That would be horrible. I would rather just duck and cry.

That's why you don't shoot innocent people. As far as getting shot, you want to shoot the person before they shoot you. I'd rather not be defenseless.

What if you did get shot though. I think it would hurt a lot. I'm pretty careful though and I would just run away. My dad told me about the school shooting down in Littleton like over 10 years ago. I kinda remember it when I was a kid, but not really.

I don't understand how carrying a gun increases your chances of being shot. That doesn't make sense to me.

I am not going to answer anymore hypothetical questions. I have a permit to carry because I don't want to be put in a situation where my life is threatened and be unable to defend myself.

Sorry dude. Didn't mean to make you mad. I was just wondering. I know that if our house gets broke into, my dad will protect us. So I guess guns aren't bad.

Exactly, 99% of people that are in a situation where they wish they had a gun after having the opinion that they should not be carried revert REALLY quick on those views and will get a permit to carry.

I have a CCP as well, basically IF YOU PULL THE GUN OUT you use it... if you are not going to use it dont pull it out. You know real quick when you feel if you need to use it or not. Also you CAN NOT carry it if you are under the influence of alcohol FYI.
