PS you know the "m" in Q9m stands for music, right? lol
I know this version is supposed to be all media frisky, but it's the new features over the regular Q that I like about this one. Where would I go download those programs? I might upgrade this week to it.

I just browse around on qusers.com and everythingq.com, especially in the software sections of the forums. Hit me up on AIM if you need any help or have any questions or anything.

Re: Upgrading Cell........

Also, if you want MS Office for it, I think I have it. The Q9m comes with Documents to Go, but classic Verizon makes you sign up to use it.

EDIT: scratch that, not true, and I read doc to go is better than office mobile, lol.

w00t

BlackBerry just arrived. pretty nice. im loving this trackball thingamajig. keyboard is proving hard to get used to.

it came with 0 paperwork, so i guess tomorrow i will just head on over to a kiosk somewhere and see whats up. i made a call already and it sent me to the service to activate the account using the given number (which, the given number sucks, its not even remotely easy to memorize). oh well. i also got a 2gB microSD card, so i put ****loads of mp3's on there already, and i got a bluetooth headset. vary niise!

Re: Upgrading Cell........

its very nice. the thing i like about it, that i liked about the SLVR, that even its rather thin, its still a very tight, strong feeling phone. it matches Ruby perfectly

i just went ahead and activated the new number. oh well, ill send a text tomorrow to the whole 10 or so people who actually call me on my cell, they can take the 30 seconds to edit my number, if not, **** em. im sure ive edited their **** a few times already the entirety of my current plan.

Re: Upgrading Cell........

i just figured out it doesnt like full size avi's. i loaded Grandmas Boy into the memory chip (700mb) and it choked up hard when trying to start playing it. apparently i need to compress it, i just checked out the blackberry forums and they have a tutorial how to do so, as well as tutorials to get the map viewer to work without paying. sweet.
