The e-cigarette works just kinda expensive. Again my brother is trying. Or the gum.
Fu**ing cigs. Should be illegal

Exactly how I feel. But politicians are being funded by big oil and by tobacco companies and no ones got the grapes to stop it.

I smoked for 15 yrs and one new years eve I said,"Why am I doing this ****,I'm done"

I quit cold turkey that night and it's been almost 7 years with no cheating...period. I can't stand smoke now...at all. Just put you're mind to it and you can do it!

I quit cold turkey when my son was born. That was almost 15 years ago. One thing that helped with my cravings in the beginning was carrying around tooth picks. Whenever I got the urge, I just grabbed a tooth pick. Worked for me. You hear it all the time, but the first couple of weeks are really the hardest. I was told that's about how long it takes for the nicotine to work itself out of your system. But if you can make it past that it just gets easier from there. I can't stand to be around it any more either. Makes me sick to my stomach. I'm just glad there are some smoke free bars around here I can go to.

Re: Trying to quit smoking cigarettes

those blue cigarettes use some sorta water vapor to make you feel like your smoking, and kinda take the edge off of a craving.

Keep something to play with with you're fingers and chew on. It helps

Re: Trying to quit smoking cigarettes

Patches worked for me 2 years ago. And I started working out a LOT. It releases indorphines and makes you feel relaxed afterwards.
