Re: Workout Routines (discussion)

Here is a suggestion. Lots and lots of lean protein. I would start with a whole chicken every day. Add in some fresh cobra blood. Only 3 or 4 times a week until you build up a tolerance. Then 7 days a week like the whole chicken. And when I say whole chicken, I mean the whole thing - beak, legs, feathers, whatever eggs it has on it when you catch it - everything.

Try that for a couple months and report back on your results.

Push ups sit up pull ups and running is something that should be done daily you didn't say that cuz it doesn't require any weight therefore will not strain muscles further but it will still get blood to sore muscles

Re: Workout Routines (discussion)

Almost my entire workout routine is centered around the Shakeweight. Picked it up at Walgreens for $14.99 - it's all you need. It is pretty difficult to work the legs, but if you are creative and not afraid to use duct tape, it can be done.

Are you being serious?

And say I leave for school in 3 weeks. How much muscle can I pack on in that time??

Oh Bradh2414, Bradh2414, Bradh2414 - I was joking. While the Shakeweight is no doubt a fine product, it will not add lots of muscle in 3 weeks.

How's your diet? I know alot about lifting but I do cross fit. If you want to get strong try out crossfit. Change your routines and if u want to take supplements it helps. It takes a long time to gain and grow pure muscle.

I always hear people say pure muscle but I've never known the difference I'm no stranger to weights but how do I know if I have "pure" muscles ::sarcasm::

Re: Workout Routines (discussion)

If you want a really great workout, do interval training. Cardio and weight circuits. I do TurboFire which is a hard almost kickboxing routine mixed with weight resistance and toning. Finishing up my first month and Ive lost 8 lbs, 2 inches around my stomach and my arms and thighs are starting to tone ... Lovin it!

O yeh, and diet should be a way of life. Dont' change it to something you can't stick to. Protein is a must, reduce sugars and fat intake, and drink LOTS of water! Ok Im done
