I think of it as something you just do, like work... dont give yourself the choice... its just something you do.
If you are not eating right or working out good you wont see results and that can be hard to get over~ so keep that in mind, also everyone hits a plateau but you have to keep at it and try new things to get around it.
The best motivation is results and it makes you feel better
It's so different for me of coarse every1 wants to see themselves healthy but for me I see my friends falling into a dark path and family that have died from that life style and my grandmother who practically raised ne n always told me are you a man or a mouse referring to the bad path as mice so the military will better myself making me a man idk if people understand my thinking but yea my motivations ^.^
