You're thinking about n/a cars that depend on VTEC. Boost changes their powerband dramatically. XD is supposed to be a smiley face?

E85 is pump gas.

I know 600whp evo's on 93 that run mid 10's drive all time. On e85 they make 800whp and run 9's. They drivve to the track also.

I know 600-800whp mustangs on e85 also. They drive to track also.

Do you have e85 tune yet since you have your tranny problems solved? I watched a vid of a Paxton stock motor hit 650wheel on e85.

Yeah, and i've beaten turbo'd civics with me basically stock GT. I'm really referring to those cars in the right hands. I've seen Mustangs with money in the wrong places running mid 14's. Not to mention that even if that civic made 400 hitting their rev limited it would blow the doors off either of our cars...

When did I say e85 wasn't pump gas? I said it was the only reason that civic could hold all that boost without melting a piston.. And why did you switch off Honda and jump to EVOs? If we're just going to reference other people's cars, I know a guy with a small block Nova that pumps 93, and can go from work to the track and run mid 9's without toying with his boost or pumping different gas, he just turns a dial and arms a switch.. so what?

No e85 yet. I didn't need it to hit 640whp.

I know civics same as the evo's. Don't get it wrong. Just uses of e85. I know a k20 civic hatch that is n/a. No cams or anything but exhaust and cold air tune that runs lower 12's. Pretty impressive I think for a car making 250whp.

LOL..from what few tuners told me I trust I will need new injectors and fuel system to swap to e85. Then could make around 750whp. I worry if engine would hold.

640 is strong and good to stay at until go full build. Then it's gets exciting...at least to me.

Speaking of morons today I think I just had the stupidest guy in the world come up to me after work-_-
I wanted to bash his head into his little station wagon!
He comes up to me and says he man you just get this it's a sweet ride, I seen you driving a silver one what happened to that. I answered sold.
Seemed like a fair conversation up in tell he said yeah I'm working on getting my 1957 Fastback back on the street
57!!!!!! oh my god
He said he got pulled over he had twin turbo direct injection with nos.
Not even street legal
Then he obnoxiously stated it would whoop my car by a mile
And I was being nice and just like yeah yeah yeah
And he noticed I didn't buy in to his crap.
But kept going apparently he got in to a accident and broke part of his spine but yeah he's walking like a champ-_-
Sometimes I just don't get people.
Oh best part said the engine was a v10

Had a kid tell me tonight that he disintegrated his stage 5 clutch in his 384hp turbo 02 eclipse on the dyno. I asked him where he was getting the dyno and he pulled out his phone to show me a dyno app. Said he was running 21psi with his turbo and should actually be closer to 550hp. Took everything I had not to laugh while he was telling me this.

Idk, but I do know it's made to handle more than his car would ever put out.

That's really upsetting that people rely on apps for stuff like that.

When I was a teenager the GTEC Pro had just gained popularity and all my buddies were putting them in there cars uncalibrated and showing their stock 4 bangers making crazy numbers. It seriously was laughable. Haha
