Medium Sized Cali Quake.......

Just finally experienced a Earthquake for the first time in my life that i was an at an age to actually realize it (last time was '89 and all i remember was crying because the TV shut off and my nintendo shut off and wouldnt come back on). Im sad to say i loved every second of it. i was at dinner, and at first i though someone was trying to squeeze behind me and bumped into my chair, then i looked and realized nobody was behind me, and in fact i wasnt the only one who though someone bumped into them. Pretty weird, but its comparable to just being on a boat on the lake and hitting another boats wake. whoopdee****ingdoo.

after it was done the anarchist in me wanted more.

Epicenter is estimated 5 miles east of San Jose, 5.6 on the scales, by the time we felt it it probably dissipated to a 2-3 on the scale.

possibly this small quake has now loosened up the fault and the big one is nearing! zomg w00t!111

Re: Medium Sized Cali Quake.......

lol yeah? I didn't feel anything. Infact, I was playing TF2 when some guy said, "HOLY **** WE JUST HAD AN EARTHQUAKE!" So I sat there waiting for it.. but nothing happened so I ignored it.

I have dreams of waking up to an earthquake and me frantically trying to put everything that's standing on the ground so it doesn't fall and break.

Cool!

I went through several of them when I lived in Okinawa, but that was a long time ago and I don't remember them.
