Yea it's hard! I went from 260lbs to 160. It was hard to do. It's possible though.

I cut out junk food, alcohol. I keep drinking soda bit cut down on that to. I did Cardio everyday. It's the quicker way to lose weight. I ran 1.5 to 2 miles a day then I would bike 3 miles on the stationary bike at the gym. As far as eating I would eat small meals or snacks. Healthy snacks. The concept is super easy a lot of people don't realize it. Burn off more than you take in and the weight will come off also don't give up when you hit a certain weight and won't move up or down. Just change your work out.

Now a days, that's about all I get to eat.. Let's just say years of eating "fun" food have brought me to a point where I can no longer eat anything but grilled chicken salads and other low carb, low fat stuff for health reasons. I do enjoy chicken... But not every day. My only vice is a beer once in a while.
