My problem is he lives down the road but owns a little 5 acre slot between me and another neighbor but he's all the time trying to sneak his tractor in there to now it once a year even though he does nothing with it. He drove down my driveway last year with his tractor and that really pissed me off so I put up a gate and put no trespassing on it.

If I were to do something like that on his property he would either shoot or call the cops. Just really pisses off when he tries to throw his weight around and sneak around like he does.

Lol, thing is he does all this while I'm at work. I could see where he drove right onto my side up near my German shepards kennel with his tractor. He won't do it while my jeep is parked in the driveway. Maybe I'll start strategically placing nails along my property line :evil grin:

My landlord does something similar to that, he owns 20 acres and I live up the hill from his house and ill shut the gate to my yard when I go to work and when I come home ill see his dogs paw prints in the sand all the way up to my house but never his shoe prints because I have stepping stones. It annoys the piss out of me and makes me think he is coming in my house while I'm gone for some reason. It really grinds my gears because when I moved in he said "everyone minds there own business around here." But I have no way to prove he has ever come in.
