The truck is my parents which they got for me to drive during High School, so I don't get to keep it for college... But that means I'm going to need a car for college, the main issue is that they don't want me to get a mustang and think the money would be put to better use, but I have gotten a lot further persuading them. I will probably be able to get it around March after college acceptance letters come out. I mean, the only reason I have a job right now is to save up for the mustang lol (which is one of the big persuading factors I used). And the fact that i set a goal and have worked my *** off toward that goal, what lesson would they be teaching me if they don't let me get it when everyone says that if you set your mind toward something and work your hardest you will be successful.I've been saving for a while now and have about $7500 right now. Looking for a 99-04 GT

I'd say your in for a very pleasant surprise when you graduate. Just keep being responsible in the truck. As parents, we all fear our children being hurt. Most young people are not responsible enough for a mustang yet, they have to prove thier selves first.

Yawn..... I sure am glad I live in Texas where gun ownership is encouraged and I also sure am glad I learned gun safety and responsibility at a young age. Crazies and Bad people will always find a way to do Bad things... Whether or not its with a firearm is to be determined... To think a 7 round limitation will do any good at all is simply naive, but whatever NY wants to do to make the citizens "feel" like they've done their part and they are safer now in this f'ed up world...

Thier theory: To get to the core of the apple, you have to start from the outside. Stalin, Hitler, Castro all took guns away.

We could start a whole new thread on this subject.

Give them an inch and they will take a mile!

However, ARs were banned once before, the people stood up and the ban was lifted. Same with prohibition.

Goes to show how naive some of our law makers are. You can change a clip in about 3 seconds.

I know man..... They're gonna do what they're gonna do in DC... I think the last 4 almost 5 years proves that..... However, we can do our small part as responsible firearm owners and be at your state Capitol on Jan 18th for support rallies. I will be in Austin hopefully trying to do my part.
