Just curious why you needed permission and also why they said no??

I think every kid needs to work at a restaurant once in their early years so they can appreciate how it's done and learn to not f&ck with ppl who make your food.

Cause my parents are strict as F*** on some things. I have no idea why they said no.

I worked in the oilfield this summer and made 14 dollars an hour. Yay for dangerous high paying jobs.

I agree it's not much, and I would not be able to survive off of that but I have some friends in their 30's that make around there and they get by.

For a 17 year old that's not bad especially considering you don't have a resume full of work history.

It's not too bad for someone our age. I average around 15/hr with my job (it's not a set hourly wage) and it's doing pretty good to pay for my student loans as well as all these mods I'm getting for the Mustang.

I work currently at Bilo being a cashier and working Uscan and it's so so boring. I want to work somewhere dealing with automotive parts.

Yea he ended up losing it when some crackhead in a BMW jumped the curb and hit a mustang that totaled Kools mustang. He started throwing wrenches and stuff at him. Koolpwny then had to take a few weeks off from driving for anger management classes. After that they gave him his insurance check and his license back thinking he was in the right mind. Unfortunately his downward spiral continued and he bought a white(or was it red?) camaro. That was the last we heard of him.

If I had a budget like, um, say Rapinator's budget, I'd delete VCT, get custom cams, Cobra Jet Manifold, the ON3 TT kit, and nitrous, obviously forge the engine.

Suspension mods to handle the power as well

No he wouldn't. 690 and nitrous, I'd be putting down 700+, then add my nitrous shot. And I'd have lightweight parts on my car.
