I don't see anything yet luckily but it's white and bright out so its hard to see. They took a report and told me to take it to ford and have them look it over and send an estimate if it needs anything. What a pain in the arse!!

Update: got an estimate for some of the light scratching I was able to find (221 bucks)

They are sending me a check. This will go in my SHR flush mount quarter window louvers fund, and in fact will allow me to order them guilt free.

So I suppose this went from grinding my gears to making me smile. I'll take it.

Actually seen this happen before too except the trailer knocked over the menu board. It's amazing how stupid and/or lazy some people are.

& someone egged my truck while I was at the mall
& i find out who, i'm gonna seriously beat the ***** out of them 😤

Getting used to my new 5.0 and having to deal with the stupid 1-4 shift and being locked out of 2nd gear. Drives me absolutely nuts!

Had to get the wounds on the two fingers glued...
I'm just glad they're still attached, got lucky it could've very easily have severed them...

What Grinds Your Gears?

It was a door at my shop, got stuck and I climbed up the wheel rail and when it finally broke loose it was down hill, literally, from there. Had my hand on the rail about a foot below the door and when I rode it down. I'm lucky it didn't server my fingers, being it was a 300-400 pound door, it could've been a lot worse...
There's always a bright side to everything...
But hurt like hell, I'd rather take a Rottweiler to the face again than do it again...

Yea, war wounds and all that, but it's something you'll have to expect when working in the auto repair business...
I can't tell you how many times I've touched an exhaust manifold after the engine was at operating temp, or got brake cleaner in my eyes (that stuff will light up your world)

Yes that's happened before, regrettably with a 70 Chevelle. Fell of the rack and was hanging off our exhaust storage, took two hours to finally get it down without the front end slamming in the ground...
So now no rings aren't allowed while working in the shop...
But it was the owner who arched the starter...

Yep that's what mine look like, they said stitches or glue, I chose glue...
I don't like needles and they'd have to stick me twice to numb them...
And the bad part is the cuts are on my knuckles and hit the bone...

You two shouldn't be around sharp or dangerous items.....

I had four blacks jump me and my eye brow got busted open they used the glue, I prefer the glue myself.

I know I busted my thumb with a hammer, and had a drill break loose from my right hand and about break my left wrist. That was my fun yesterday.

It's a occupational hazard for anyone building anything.

Lucky. In my 18 years, I've needed stitches 10 times. Usually in 2 areas. Now I have 4 scars.

Ouch. I've had a sprained right ankle (last summer playing basketball at a church youth trip) 9 brain surgeries, a few strained muscles in my arms, and tendinitis several times. Nothing major other than those surgeries.

2 scars on my head (hidden by hair) 1 on my chest, and 1 right above my stomach. The one on my chest is barely noticeable.

I used to work at a tortilla factory (typical job for a mesican lol) and while cleaning the corn i smashed my finger with a heavy metal paddle and a grinding machine. That **** happened the first day. Needless to say my hand had its own pulse for a month
