The majority of them today can best be described as dumpsters cause that's all they are good for.

I had a woman on her cell phone while my wife and I were shopping last night, all throughout the store you could hear her.....

I just went around behind her mocking her and making fun of her...

The employees found it funny!

Have you noticed we're talking on 4 different threads?
Hmm, but the interesting thing it's 4 different topics, imagine doing that in person, that'd be interesting to see...

I was at a car show yesterday and Some young car nerd who owned a crappy looking 83 mustang kept talking very loudly to his other friend about how no cars newer than 25 years old should not be there. He was clearly wanting people to hear and I overheard him all day with his snide little comments. I love to look at the older stuff and the main reason I enter mine is so I can park in the show I could care less about a trophy. But there definitely was animosity between the YOUNGER owners of the OLDER cars which is weird. The older guys seemed to enjoy checking out the newer stuff.

That is weird that a young guy would over compensate to the classics like that lol. I would have told him only mustang from 64-74 and 05+ should have been there

Yeah I like those too I would even go back to 2000. Lol That idiot thinking his turdbox 83 was worthy of sitting next to classic musclecars and not the S197's really was pissing me off. In fact there were some really nice s197's at the show and they were getting a lot of the attention.

You'd be surprised how some shows will react to cars of different eras parked next to each other, be it modern to classic, import to domestic, or even brand mixing. Believe it or not but I have a hard time trying to have my cars in one spot than scattered out into their respected sections, in my area. Some of the shows told me I couldn't compete unless the cars are in their group which I'm totally against, so I just park them in the show and don't compete. But you're right some people are just too arrogant about this stuff, I mean having a 69 GT fastback, then the 83 fox, then your boss side by side. Which to me your car is much more worthy to be around the classic than that fox is. I'd definitely skip over the fox, but that's just me...

This might be mean, but I'd probably say what the heck was that guy thinking putting his car in between 2 classics.
My buddy has a very clean fox body, which is nice to see. Show worthy But seeing a daily driver that has scratches everywhere showing it's age can stay home.
I haven't gone to shows just because I thought my 12' wasn't show worthiness

What Grinds Your Gears?

He's got a modern boss...
And fox bodies don't interest me, not to be rude...
But I do respect a nice clean car regardless of make or model...

Im just a fan of personal work. Even if it's a ****ty Honda but if they did the work and it's quality work I'm a fan of it. If some one has a 100k build but he owner didn't turn one wrench and walk right by it. And personally that's why I don't think a stock new car should be in shows. But I'm not going to walk around the whole show saying this or that car doesn't belong here. Just my opinion tho
