^ Where does that get you? If you lived in central Florida, you'd be driving with one hand, as the other would constantly be on the horn!

Don't get my wrong; I'm on your side when it comes to stupid, non-attentive drivers. Problem is, a horn won't do anything for that.

On the news yesterday, a driver in a large SUV drove around a school bus that was stopped to pick up students. One of the parents at the stop filmed the idiot; got his face in full view, as well as his license plate. It was posted on site, and got on last nights local news. Unfortunatly, the police said they could only go and talk to the jerk, as they were not there at the time to give him a ticket.

Last I checked we were at 255. Fire went from 16k acres to 166k over night. Too much wind and no rain is causing havok.

Ouch, hope she is ok. Also hope you got to your vet or a good emergency vet. Too many horror stories when it comes to emergency vets.

My Ibizan Hound tore his eye open, completely split the membrane over the winter DURING an ice storm that started while my wife was having oral surgery. We get home after a 2 hour drive that should have taken 40 minutes to blood all over the walls and I have to go back out on roads covered in ice after putting her to bed half delerious from the meds at 9PM with a 6 year old and dog... $1400 later...

That was beyond gear grinding, that was like... I dunno. That's something you can't make up.

Yeah she was paying with a rope and jumped and landed on it wrong. Rushed her to the vet. She's going to need surgery to fix it. Good thing we live like 5 min from the vet
