What Grinds Your Gears?

I think what he is saying (not endorsing his claim) is that the installation of the cold air intake allowed him to more aggressively tune the car. This debate will never end. A friend of mine who has a Boss 302 installed a CAI on his car with stock tune he lost 8hp due to the fact of the larger tube actually reducing velocity. After his tune he picked up 15 HP so net net after spending 800 bucks he gained 7 HP.

Good lord, I did 12 hour shifts 5 days a week over the summer and I thought I was going to die. That's some brutal stuff. Hopefully not manual labor like I was doing?

On deployments its 6 days a week 12-14 hour shifts. I'm an aircraft mechanic and you have not lived until you've been outside pulling panels off a wing in 120+ degree heat...

2 things grinding my gears this morning. 1 is that the wife is still not up so I'm watching our daughter right now and can't go in my garage all morning to finally start working on the car. Long story... 2 is that it just started pouring *** raining outside and my garage is so crowded that I need to move the hoist and new engine out into the driveway while I work on it and its raining... fml.

Comparing Alcatraz to Hawaii? Your dad needs to get out more often.

One is prison rock; the other I'd consider a paradise rock.

Ugh Paypal... will automatically side with an ebay seller even if its pretty blatant they screwed you. I've had to chargeback my credit card twice and sic my bank on them because their buyer protection is a joke.

People who use the stall next to you while you are deucing should be publically shamed. Only excuse is if you have a legit turtle growler going and there is no other stall available.

This also applies to people who take the middle urinal when the side ones are open.

Agreed, I check and if someone is in there I hold it and come back later.
