When I picked up my plates from the dealer I gave them their crap back. Sticker and two plate frames. I peeled most of it off before I pulled out of the lot after signing. If it's a Ford Dealer that is easy to deal with and I know a higher up I don't mind keeping a NICE plate frame on. If they try and rob you in the finance department they can pick their frames and stickers up off the doorstep. I don't trust them to peel stuff off my car...

They put it on...make them take it off. This way if there's any paint damage, the dealer is responsible to correct it. I make sure this is done before the final walk through before I leave the lot.

Has anybody seen one of these mustangs like this before? I'm not sure I like it. Is this a new thing? Taking out the back window just looks weird to me.

Don't like it myself... Rather see window blackouts.

It looks almost photoshopped to me though. That or a poor quality job.

I seen two cars done like that yesterday. I'm not a fan of it myself but it's definitely different. I guess I wouldn't mind it if it had the side louvers on it.

Can't Believe I Did This

While pulling into the drive way today, I was admiring the little club house my grandson and I built together, as I was commenting on how good it looked and what a good job we did together, I ran over one of the big river rocks we have edging the driveway. It flipped up against the tire and nicked the rim. Not a bad scratch, but I did it!

Finding out I accidentally let my license expire 14 days ago. Saw it when I was rearranging my wallet. Going to the DMV monday, and I have to retake the knowledge tests because I've had tickets and I'm 20. I hate VA's car laws.

Tell me about it. I hate VA's car laws. It's also a class 2 misdemeanor to drive without a license, the first time. Then it's a class 1 misdemeanor.

Seriously? Just below a felony for driving with an expired license?

It grinds my gears when I buy parts then take my car to a local shop to have them installed only to be told.. "Sorry we can't install your parts unless you bought them from us"

I don't plan on moving to VA. I don't think a DUI is much more than a simple misdemeanor. I think they have the laws a bit backwards up there.

Really? And what if that DUI driver takes the life of an innocent driver or its passengers he/she hits while driving imparred? I think even first offense DUI convictions are too soft.

Drink away, but no excuse to get behind a wheel afterwards. Most bars will call you a taxi, and get you a free ride home.

I'll bet you'd feel different if it were one of your family members or friends that got hit by a DUI driver.

This^

People that chose to drive drunk deserve whatever penalty is given, and to be prosecuted to the fullest extent that the law allows.

Other than your DUI thought, I agree. DUI should be a felony.

You misunderstood me bucko. I'm not advocating drunk driving. I was making what appears to be a bad joke to make a point about VA's DMV problem.

Other than your DUI thought, I agree. DUI should be a felony.
I'm not sure how DUIs work in other States, but in GA if you are convicted you may as well have a felony conviction. The charge is frowned up quite heavily.

I have been called to pick up many of my musicians that have had a few too many. Allow me to say that if you call me to pick you up after drinking today that I will call a cab for you. I was pulled over by an officer (he had probable cause - I got turned around in an unknown city and drove down a one way street). My truck smelled like a cheap bar due to the people inside. Yes, I was sober, just too stupid to pay attention to The little sign at 3am. The single mistake gave me the pleasure of a field sobriety test initiated by a rookie officer. I then got to watch a team of officers come to assist because no one had anything else to do on a Thursday night. Because I agreed to a breathalyzer test my rights were thrown out the window. I was detained and driven a few blocks to be further humiliated. I'm GA you don't have to have any evidence against you other than the officer's word. You can be nailed for what is called DUI less safe. This happened several years back. Due to my new standard I have lost musicians (customers). I have pissed off several others, includi my family members.

I am not disagreeing with you one bit about drunk driving. Don't drive drunk moron. You will not do yourself or anyone else any favors. I actually take things to one extreme farther today; if you have been drinking you are not allowed in my passenger seat. You cannot have a ride home.

My dad has cirrhosis. He has a drinking problem. I don't even give my own dad a ride.

No good deed goes unpunished???

Now that makes sense. I refuse to purchase any Dodge after the Diamler/Chrysler period.

Thank you Fiat and Obama for screwing up the auto industry.

I now wish I had grabbed a Viper a few years back. That car will be priceless to collectors in a few years.

What's next; will Chevy stop building the Corvette?
