If you have a good quality steak, you should NEVER use steak sauce. It takes a good steak and a person that knows how to cook one for the end result to be pleasurable. A good steak has the potential to be amazing, but you can f it up easy.

Most restaurants cant cook it properly or how i enjoy it and usually need it. I prefer buying my own and throwing it on the grill myself.

I was hoping you didn't say well I like mine med/rare. I had a steak a couple weeks ago at a tour of our new vendor and OMG! It was the best steak I have ever put in my mouth. A dry aged prime grade bone-in strip steak, we also had a dry aged bone/in ribeye, but OMG they were amazing. Let's just say if you were to buy this steak in a restaurant it alone would cost you $150. It cost us around $25-30 lb in bulk untrimmed.
