Older gent with this ride parked out front of my house and started talking with me about my 88 said he has a 280 with a 331 stroker supercharged in it. Claimed 460rwhp. Not sure about that but sounds like a sweet setup.
Then this pulled up right after.

Last night at work someone was sent home and I jumped on line to cook. Looks like might get promotion. Then got home turned around jumped in stanf to go to other job. I poured little injection cleaner in yesterday and on way to work it was screaming. Little to no bucking/hesitation have always had. On way home this morning it was back to old tricks again though...doh.

Little of both. Downshifted to 3rd coming to light, wound to about 70 little cough. Another 35mph curve had to keep in check as to not spit it sideways. But then on road down to my road coughing bad.

I was gonna say I max out every one of those machines (leg press) you could probably press way more than what's on that

I feel as if leg presses are easier than squats. But regardless that still pretty heavy weight!

They are easier by far. I could put 6-45's on each side plus a couple on the top post but when it came to squats I could only put 4 on each side plus a couple 22 pounders. Think I had a 475lb for 4 reps squat when I got hurt.

I did thirty with six 45s on each side I can press more but repetition with heavy weight builds more muscle

I was thinking injectors for mine. When I had my fuel filter changed it was still the factory one so I'm guessing injectors are too, lucky the dude before changed plugs, at least jaja

Never used em, I was told to just use ford ones. Accel and msd is a lot of just name over actual function

Driving my car!!!!! Man it sounded so nice!!!! Handles nice. Can't imagine how much nicer once I have other parts installed!
Still get good mpg!

Smiling knowing that I gotta drive at least over 500 miles for transmission to break in! d:
Then all hell break loose!

You ever try doing 5 of 5's with max weight? I use to do my big exercises that way. Bench, squats, bar curls, French press. Whatever you use to grow. I would warm up sets of reps of 15 down to 10 with a warm up weight gradually increasing til u hit a max that u can do five sets of 5 reps then hit every other angle of the muscle with high rep heavy weight. I would end up doing 12-15 sets on one exercise and I would do anywhere from 3-5 different exercises so prob around 50 sets per body part. I only used to work one body part a day on a 6 day cycle. Mixing abs and forearms in there on alternating days. I'm just being allowed to go back in the next week or so after 1.5 years off. Gonna be tough and I know it's gonna hurt. Lol. Hurts a lot more as you get older to go back after being off for so long.
