This was my first time making it its a little to tomatoy for me i didnt have any of the seasonings my mom usually uses and that is what i did just threw everything in the crock pot and turned it on this morning for dinner tonight

Guess I'm a little odd but, no two batches of my chili are the same. I don't measure anything or refer to a recipe. Just throw it together and give it a taste before it starts to cook. I DO have a problem in throwing in too many green chilis though. Gives me the hot chili sniffles.
