No kidding.

If I ever play and win a large sum of money no one will know if I can help it. I won't even let my family know.

I would likely be broke not long after winning. I would pay off all of the debts owed by family members, make sure my parents had a better home and decent vehicles. My daughters and nieces would never have to worry about college. I would invest as much as possible (put the money to work).

I would also donate as much as safely possible.

I don't care who you are, it feels good to help others. I don't want or need the recognition. I would do my best to remain anonymous.

Anonymity may be tough though when I completely upgrade my music studio and hire the best in the business to run it. The lifted quad cab Ram 2500 4×4 next to a new super car might give something away also.

I would make sure my immediate family are never in need of anything for their future. However, I would not want my door being knocked on non stop looking for handouts.

I'd change my location for sure; some island somewhere holding a drink that has one of those tiny umbrellas in it, next to the fruit on a plastic toothpick.

Oh, and I'd buy Ronnie another mini cooper, and dog bones for his buddy for life!

I have just begun chatting with Ronnie, and I have to agree, that man has earned a few more toys in life. Mario looks to be beyond spoiled, but so is my cotton ball of a dog.

I'm bad at names but Victor Wooten sounds familiar. I did quick search for where he's played and didn't find anything that was familiar. I have seen Bela b4 and know they play together. I like music and go to see shows (everything) often. I'll put him on the list as when on a non-music forum you have 2 different folks say go see this guy he's got to be good.

Regional Theater last night "Rent" they did a good version of it but made me feel old when they mentioned it's been around for 20 years.

This is the solo that turned me into a bassist. https://youtu.be/zp2vmxTy7OI

Once I learned about Victor I discovered Marcus Miller, Tal Wilkenfeld (attractive little lady), and a lot of other Jazz bassists.

I am also a big fan of Les Claypool, Peanut (311), Flea (Red Hot Chili Peppers), John Hopkins (Zac Brown), Billy Shehan, and many others. To become a master one must always be a student.

Most of the guys I mentioned are Hartke artists. For a while I had my name on that list. I still play Hartke gear, but these days I customize my gear to suit my style.

I'm not going to ask her for a donation or a hand-out.
I'm going to ask her to marry me and move to Florida.
If she is already married, She can divorce the guy and marry me.

Here in Canada, you have to; in some States you don't, tho.
She lives in a real small place called Neville, SK, but she was in Swift Current, where my grandma lives & bought her ticket there & won on a quick pick

a reporter asked her if she was going to stay in Neville, or move, & her daughter goes "You don't have to answer that!!"

She says the family is too busy farming right now to think about money lol

Old Mary doesn't seem like she's going anywhere; she has grandkids & great-grandkids. She's a small-town farm widow.

Drive a Viper, it will change your mind.

The best cars in regard to exotics I have driven are the Viper, Lamborghini Diablo, Lamborghini Countach, Panoz Roadster (just a rare car), and one of my all time favorite Italian machines, a Ferarri Testarossa. Every one of these cars are raw, lack creature comforts, and are still monsters today.

While my dad had his shop a lot of beautiful works of art came through. Most of the time it was for very small paint corrections or repairs that you never even acknowledge on a daily driver. I hated shutting that shop, and today I regret it.

If I wanted performance and luxery I am not sure what I would want. I am a truck guy through and through.

For cars I may be able to afford one day; I would love to have a Prowler, Viper, Porsche 911, a Boxter, Chevy SSR, or a Lotus Esprit or Elise. The Viper and Prowler take precedence.

I almost traded my 02 GT convertible for a Boxter a friend of mine has the other day. I have a love / hate relationship with my Mustang after searching for it, and then spending every day driving it. Plus I need the microscopic rear seat the Mustang has.

I have driven his Boxter and BMW Z4. Both cars are fun, but the BMW is light years ahead of the Boxter. The Boxter is more nimble though. At the end of the day, my old Mustang has more torque, is easier to work on, and parts are more than plentiful, which makes them affordable.

Now, If I could find a JOB I would be able to buy a set of tires and work on my clutch and trans noise.

I've written a book. Sorry about that, but my mind wandered and I let my fingers run wild with the keyboard.

On a road trip in Missouri and my wife and I saw a couple billboard signs. This is what they said:

Uranus Fudge Company
Best fudge in Uranus

(Picture of a Trex)
Big fun in Uranus

Wish we could have snapped a couple photos lol

I am so done! Not a place to take the family for a trip. I swear it would be good for laughs when the kids talk about it in school.

Teacher: "What did you do this summer Billy?

Billy: "Well, my family got to pack fudge in Uranus."

Teacher: "Billy you did what?!"

Billy: "We ate so much fudge in Uranus. I was sick for 3 days. I also brought some fudge from Uranus! Want to try some?"

Teacher: "Billy watch your mouth!"

Billy: "My dad enjoyed Uranus so much! He is planning a trip with his work buddies."....

Uranus is not a big place. No one ever really pays it much attention.

Who knew that a quick stop off exit I-44 would be such an experience. That is where we discovered Uranus.

Dad says we are going to Connecticut next year. While we are there he said he wants to visit Mianus.

Can you imagine the teacher parent conference? They would get a geography and anatomy lesson. I would tell them in Jackass style about both towns.
