Sweet I would probably pick the German on that line up but only for a on track car. Kinda like my secret love for the 4th Gen Corvette, I would like to make a autocross and date night car out of one I just have to figure out how date night works with two kids......

I know nothing about that body style but he only wants $250, its got a title and pretty much just needs a motor and transmission. Can anyone tell if its a v8 car?

I would but I haven't talked to the seller or seen the car in person. I have a friend that works with him. Haven't had any questions answered yet, should hear from him tomorrow.

Agreed, I just don't want too many projects and never finish anything. But I think its cheap and a drag car would be nice to have.

I'm currently working on four (five pretty soon) and I'm doing just fine, the best tool in a project is patience. I wish someone told me that when I started my first project. Which I'm very close to finishing. Another key is to have a plan, just start writing down what it needs and start with the basic necessities to get/make and work your way up. That way you have a starting point and go from there...

If you really want a project that is the best start right there. You can cut up delete/add things and not feel bad for cutting up something nice and not sure where you live but my Craig'slist is loaded with mustang parts so building a "cheap" drag car is a real possibility

Thanks for the info man! I found out it was a v8 car, I'm going to buy it this weekend. I've got a built 390 I'll probably put in it, if a c6 will fit without surgery. I honestly think its a good deal.
