Experience with Autobadges...

Ok, since my post keeps getting deleted in the autobadges forum Ill post what I had to say here that way its not getting touched.

First of all, about 3 weeks ago I ordered a nitrouscharged emblem from him, however he was out of stock on that emblem. I said no problem order it and send it out because I didnt mind waiting a couple extra days. 2 1/2 weeks later I get a message from him saying that my package was in fact delivered... however, theres no package. Erik of course says there nothing he can do about it because it says it was delivered. Now granted somehow it could have been misplaced in this house but I'm really going to doubt that. Brent has been sending me computer parts for the past week and half and I havnt had a problem getting a single one of them. Now whether this is Erik's fault or not isn't what my point is at this point in time. The fact that he kept hiding the fact that there was some negative feedback to save his perfect reputation is what bothers me. Yeah, there were problems but honestly that happens with a business. I know for a fact that I won't be ordering any more emblems for fear that this will happen again. Admit the mistakes and get on with it. In the end this is what happened to me:

Sent 13 dollars to him
Dont get emblem
Basically get told to F*** off.

edit: btw erik, this isnt personal this is business.

if he sent it usps priority mail, it doesnt come with tracking number or conformation. so he wouldnt be able to track it unless he paid the extra $1.50 for it. that would be more expensive than going to the local Mail Box, Etc store and paying $4 for fed-ex which comes with tracking number automatically.

he could be trying to blame it on the mail eventhough he never sent it out.

i cannot point blame as the only side i have is Mike's, but this isnt right. at least deleting the posts so he cant have negative feedback in his forum.

Mike, I just spoke to Erick.

Mike, Erick will refund your purchase minus the shipping costs. He is currently away from a computer at the moment, so he asked me to post it for him. I'm not sure exactally how much shipping was, but you will be getting a refund.

Why shouldnt I get the entire thing refunded? I didnt get anything so from my point of view nothing was shipped. I shouldnt have to pay a dime when i didnt get anything. If he wants to refund my money thats great and dandy, but I want to be refunded in full or receive the package that i paid for.

Well to counter the fact that its supposively out of his hands after he shipped it Ill give a scenario...

Ive got an adopted sister, she was in a sense "shipped" to America from Korea. Now I'm sure if when we were waiting at the airport for my little sister and someone got off the plane and said, "Well, it was shipped but it didn't get here, oops sorry. I guess you dont get your little baby that you've paid somewhere close to 12 grand worth of expenditures for."

That wouldn't happen. Its the same idea on a much larger scale.
