Ha! Nope! Htc hero S.

You know when an iphone falls to the floor the screen cracks, but when a droid falls to the floor the floor breaks!

Wait, the new one is being announced right around September 12 and should be released right around 2 - 3 weeks later. Which means the 4s will drop price to the level of the 4 and the 4 will go away.
I really dislike iPhones personally but if your going to get one get the 4s or wait for the 5.

My phone is screwed up I need a new one. So no choice really. The only decent priced smartphone my service provider has.

Nope! I use an Android phone as well. (I also happen to be an IT professional, if that makes you feel better.)

I also use my desktop.
Core I-7-3930K 6-core processor
32 GB RAM
250 GB SSD Boot Drive with Windows 7
6 TB of disk space
2x GeForce GTX 560 Ti with dual monitor setup (4 capable)

If you understand this, then you also have a decent idea of how fast it is. =)

Go big or go home!
(I love fast cars and fast computers, and technology in general.)

Damn is all I have to say about that computer. I have like 3TB of hard drive but nowhere near the ram.

I run 6 AT&T stores and I love my Android devices as well.

Re: Using phone? Or computer?

The 250 GB SSD drive was almost $700 by itself, (when I bought it anyway). Up to 1500 MB/s read. Just amazing!

OCZ RevoDrive 3 X2 PCI-Express SSD - OCZ

The 32 Gigs of RAM is overkill, though. (It only cost around $300, so why not?) The most I've used is around 8 at once, so far anyway.

Now the real question is what do you do with that beast?

I'm a programmer. =) I use it for database design and testing, as well as software development. Most frequently I'm watching Netflix, playing a game, listening to pandora.com, and downloading movies (simultaneously).

It's also fairly "future-proof". When I upgrade in around 4 years from now, it will no longer be considered a beast, although it should still be able to handle any task I throw at it.

Since I built it myself, it cost a little over half of what it would have from a retailer. Dell was offering an Alienware machine (with less RAM and no SSD boot drive) for around $6,000, when I built my machine.
