voting

Okay so I registered to vote when I was 18, but I haven't updated my adress on my drivers licence since then. I live in a different county now can I vote in my county or would I have to go to the polling center where I used to live if I don't update my id?

Not sure how detailed they go into verifying, but I'm pretty sure they check to make sure your living where your registered. Lol, I was hoping they'd have a link for updating your info on that site somewhere.

I know that in the state of Florida you MUST update your drivers license within 10 days of moving

That does suck but the next 4 years will fly by. Once you turn 18 time goes by too fast.

Re: voting

Most 18yr olds just don't have the common sense to look at both sides objectively
or are just ignorant to the issues and just vote with the flow of tier social circle.
As for the Public Assistance, I should break that down to if you are a Generational
Government Aide recipient you should have no voting rights. Of course thier vote
will go to the party that offers them the most, and not wich one is best for the
Country, and most likely them.

Oh and in Georgia they scan the bar code on the back of the drivers license and match that up to your information. Its not hard to do in Georgia.

I disagree with changing the age, but I do agree with taking some sort of competency test.

I know when I was 18 I was voting, and I was informed voter! I vote in every election, in fact a friend of mine, at age 23 ran for city council. So, there are a lot more young informed voters than what it appears.
