burnout tips

ok, ummm, pardon me if this is a dumb question but ...

i was wondering how you do a burnout w/ a stick shift?

heheh, could someone do a quick how - to?

I figure you just slam the brakes, floor the gas, and let go of the clutch?
but I can't seem to do that w/ my brake and accelerator pedal, it's like, the brake sticks out far and the accelerator pedal is closer to the ground.

Is that the trick though?

Thanks!

you can just even have it in 1st, put the clutch in all the way, rev it up, and then let go of the clutch. you dont really need to use the brakes with a manual. only autos do

Do the heel-toe technique...

Controlling all 3 of your pedals at once with your feet.
That's how my friend does it in his car.

You need to mod the gas pedal to raise it so it will be even with the brake
