Best parts store?

Bought some parts from Advance, didn't fit correctly. Opinions on which store to make my home, Advance, Zone, Napa?

I find that at NAPA, they are more knowledgeable. Whereas advanced and autozone just hire any yahoo that can work a computer. NAPA, you may pay a lil more and they don't have as much in stock as autozone or advanced, but for any part that is detrimental to my car, I'll get from NAPA or the dealer.

I prefer some stuff online but if I need it their and then I always use autozone. I also like that u buy 20 dollars or more 5 times and they give u credit for 20 dollars... Not bad at all. Also they replace a lot of things for free. Example brake pads are guarantee for life. Return the used ones and get new free ones.

i take offense to that lol...every employee in my store is ASE certified for parts...well except for one girl but she's mainly a parts driver.

As for parts anything i've needed for any of my cars i get from Advance even before i started working there. never had any fitment issues, or product problems. although with anything things can happen

Just talk to them and see if they know what they're talking about. The Advance where I live has two knowledgeable people.
Napa has none
Autozone just opened two months ago so I haven't checked them out yet.

Are you sure it was the parts and not installer error?

Personally all parts are pretty much the same at napa and the rest,,when it comes for brakes and basics,,they are all good,,the hard part is finding parts people that acually know parts and not just looking on the computer,,and there are some good ones,,but far as sensors and other electronics,,i usually go to the dealer or internet

Let me rephrase that.
Around there they hire anyone. Didn't mean to offend anyone.
As trust me. When I say anyone, I grew up with some of them. And they can't get a dime out of 2 nickels

I like AZ a bit more here friendlier customer service, the local Napa store isn't friendly. Advance is ok it's hit or miss on service.

To clarify it has nothing to do with their knowledge, both are extremely knowledgeable. It's the friendliness of the store employees.

I do use the $20 credit for fluids, detail products, lights, misc hand tools. It is worth the savings.

Yep. Gotta get the autozone card
I used my last free $20 to get a shop light. Think I paid about $2-3 for it after my $20 credit

At first thought it was me but took it out and tried both new sensor from Advance, old sensor, and new sensor from Ford. None fit. It also leaked at thermostat housing with new and old thermostat. Once I got part from Ford it worked fine.

Yeah, I know about that. The problem is their aftermarket supplier. They make some of these parts so that they will work on several different vehicles. Leaving you to resort in using a butt load of gasket maker or Teflon tape to make it work. When I by parts from the common carriers I always try for refurbished OEM parts if I'm trying to save money. Other then that, I take the raping at the dealer.

Same here. They hire people that are absolutely clueless. But the AZ that's like 2 blocks away from my house had a couple of hot chicks that work there, and their not lesbians! So I don't mind going through the pointless motions. Sometimes, I get to come outside to do a charging system check. Lol, I'm bad, I know.

Speaking of parts. I'm ordering a new clutch set up from AM. but I can't find a ford racing throw out bearing for my 08gt
Anyone point me in the right direction? And not into oncoming traffic either
