Way easier that guys... Drink 96 fluid ounces of water daily (not soda, not flavored water /sports drinks/ not beer). Plain water.

Eat something SMALL every 2 hours while awake. Cut back on the fats and carbs. Eat balanced food (grilled chicken and maybe something green once in a while).

That's it. You'll easily drop 5 pounds a week till you hit your metabolic wall... 40 lbs for me. At which point you will need to exercise more. Which I refuse to do! Lol.

I do sets of 50. Just start small and work yourself up. I mean weight watchers is so worth it to get into shape. I'm not lying when I tell you I haven't eaten salad or vegetables since I started and still have managed to loose 75-80 pounds in 7 months. PM if ur interested ill tell you more about it

^^ what he said ^^

I exercise first thing in the morning!! That helped me from getting lazy or putting it off too. I lost 5 pounds just from cutting out my Mt. Dew. Now I drink Diet Dew. I know it's not good for me, but dang, I need my dew!!!! Lol

Good luck!!

Dude our wrestling room is a sauna, it is just about the same exact size as the mat and is about 12-15 feet tall, it gets cloudy in there because of how much we sweat lol.

The only thing sitting in a sauna will do is make you lose water weight. You'll gain it right back.

Eating right, and getting your heart rate up for an extended period of time is how you will see results.
