I've been playing a new game while I've been driving, lately. With 93 octane right at about $4.00 a gallon now, I'm getting killed at the pump. The car has little display under the gauge cluster. It shows Odometer, trip meters, coolant temp, etc. It's also got some fuel related readouts. One of which is your instantaneous gas mileage. So for the last few days I've been practicing maximizing my instant mileage. Next time I fill up I'm going to see how good I can do over a whole tank (3/4, at least). My goal is to average 30mpg.

Nice find. At the moment I am getting about 2 weeks on one tank of gas w/ my Stang. Being only 5-10min to work helps but so does keeping the petal off the floor during the week. That also includes an occasional 20-30 min (one way) to Hunts-vegas or just cruising.

haha Gas is $3.98 here right now for 87oct. I park the car as much as I can now just drive to work and back and thats all.
