Colorado/Washington marijuana laws?

What do you guys think about this?

Does anyone live in these states that have seen a change in use?

Public use is still illegal under the laws passed. Still haven't solved the federal question

Legalize it. Tax it. Regulate it. Tax it. Tax it. Tax it.

Alcohol is much more dangerous. Kills thousands of people a year, yet they sell it on every corner.
Injuries I suffered in my accident, broken neck and back. Plates n screws in my neck. Arthritis down the full length of my spine, they put me on 6 different meds(pills). I refuse to take pills. Refuse to let that crap take control of my life.
I can take a couple pulls off a doob of high grade, and it's more effective than all 6 of my meds combined.
Great medicinal uses. I don't use it anymore cause of employment reasons. But I'd much rather smoke a joint for my pain than take meds from a pill pushin doctor.

And if anyone says different, then obviously they haven't suffered the injuries I did. And they don't know what I've gone thru. So before anyone shoots off at the mouth about how marijauna doesn't have any medicinal uses, do your homework. Do your research. I am living proof that it has medicinal uses.

Haha I smoke probably everyday. But not cause I'm addicted but because I can when I'm done with school and work. It's like hitting life's HD button.
It's just a chill place to be in.
Helps me with my head pains. I have had intense migraines weekly since I was young. Only things that help are Excedrin and Horticulture!

Repair severe nerve damage in arm

Along with developing arthritis down the full length of my spine. Damaged all the nerves in my spine. Beyond repair.
This is why I smoke. Not daily. I actually haven't in a few months. But when it gets so bad that I can't be on my feet for more than a few minutes at a time, I smoke. More of a muscle relaxer for me. Severe nerve damage thru my bad, it calms everything down
Hence, why my cousin 93slowstang is always helping me work on my cars

I think if it's done right, it can be taxed and regulated.
Put a stamp on drivers license. When you renew your license, you have to pay extra. And you have to have that stamp to buy it. And also be able to take those privileges away too. Can be like an inspection sticker on your car. Govt would make money on that + that taxes from individual sales
It could be very profitable.
Why load the corrections facilities with minor misdemeanor offenders(marijauna users)?
People are gonna smoke regardless. What's the worst that's gonna happen? They get stoned and pass out at home? So instead of paying millions housing these inmates, tax it. Make money instead of waste money. Marijauna offenders are usually repeat offenders. Which means repeat sales. Which means more money.
Has to be regulated and sold conservatively. It will take time.

Lol gotta get rid of those migraines.
I feel for you there too. I get a headache from my injuries and I reach for my meds. The only one that I keep on hand(Naproxen).
Usually takes 2 or 3 if those for it to go away. Which is why meds SUCK
