ADD Moments....

Ugh.... So, I am terrible. I get these moments where my brain is in one place, and then decides to wander off without me even realizing it.

Example: I go downstairs, with my phone in hand, and grab some ice cream from the freezer. I put the ice cream away, close the freezer, and then before I even took my first bite, I realized my phone was gone. After much back-tracking, I found it sitting in the freezer

Another example: I had to get ready to meet up with a friend, so I jogged downstairs, opened the front door. Wondered why I was suddenly cold, and realized I forgot to throw on my blouse. I slammed the door before I could open it all the way That never happened again, by the way....

Do you guys get ADD moments, too? Maybe yours isn't as bad as mine, but still, it can be the worst.... lol

Yup, I get moments like that with my keys, too. "This stang isn't gonna move on its own! ...Well, but with all that torque, maybe--Never mind...." Eventually I find the keys hiding in the dark bowels of my purse. Haha

I'll walk upstairs to do something, but forget what i'm up there to do and end up in the kitchen lol.

Or i will go downstairs for something, but end up in my room forgetting what it was, when it wasn't even in my room.

There was also the one time when my date offered to give me a ride to the place we wanted to eat. I was about to get in his car until he said, "Uh... What are you doin'?" I blinked a few times, and realized I was about to get behind the wheel of his car.

I knew I would've figured it out eventually because there was no shifter lol!

If the GPS sounds pleasant and sweet, then it's easy for me to ignore it, and miss a turn. It happens. However, if the GPS sounds like a warden at a women's prison, that helps me become a little more attentive--AKA my dad's GPS :p

"Turn RIGHT!"
Me: "Yes, ma'am...."

Today went to my stang, got in and started her up, went to put some music on and realized I forgot my phone, got up and went inside (realized I didn't lock door) and grabbed my phone, went back to the stang for the keys to lock the door, opened the door and decided to grab a coke , go back outside to get in stang and no keys, went back inside to get keys just as I realized I locked myself out.

I went searching for an hour looking for my phone once. Then I remembered it was in my pocket. What's worse is that it's an iPhone so it's not exact.y small. Lol

Haha Yup, I got the 4s. I lost count as to how many times I misplaced mine. My default ring tone happens to be a death metal song, so I always gotta warn the family before I dial my number to find it. "If anyone hears some really vigorous drumming, and ferocious guitars, please let me know; it's my phone!"

Found it sitting under my cat once. She didn't appreciate the music, though. Haha!

Lmao that's happened to me, too! I wear them when I'm outside, but once I get into work, I like to keep them on my head. I clear out my desk, looking for it, and then realize it's been sitting on my head all this time....

Someone just knock me unconscious....
