Machinist - I set up and run CNC machines, automatic spindle machines. I also run the plasma cutter and a little bit of welding.

Man yea! I'm taking a precision machining class and I love it. I've walked over to the welding class and done some work there as well. I'm in high school but I want to have a career based around machining and maybe something a little more advanced.

If you get into programming CNC's, that's where the good money is at. Set up is fun, but actually running the machine is quite boring.

If you like it, stick with it. There will always be machinist jobs.

We have a couple CNCs that I have gotten to play with. They really interest me and I've thought about pursuing them. I'd like to be able to use a 3d printer too. Here's our new CNC lathe

Looks all shiny and new.

We run Kia's. <-- yes the same brand that makes the cars. Trust me their CNC's are much better than their cars.

Cool! Hopefully for our sake we won't have a big storm like that, but you should come anyway! Go Falcons, I was heart broken we were so close! But next year is our year!
