Don't even ask me about the music video. I'm sure there's some underlying meaning in it somewhere.... Hope you all enjoy the song, though! Deathstars is one of my most favorite bands.

Haha! Live Again is one of those songs that makes you wanna blow something up, and then walk away from the flames in slow motion

Love me some as I lay dying, especially the song never wanted, shows they can throw in some decent singing vocals rather than screaming and growling the whole time

I like As I Lay Dying, too The song Confined was my ringtone for a while lol! I respect any metal band that can both sing and scream. It's hard to call music a "song" if it's straight screaming.

Most of my friends don't like metal, either. It's an acquired taste. What can I say?

None of my friends listen to metal but me, well except a kid I used to work with but I'm meaning my close friends. They listen to mostly country, I don't mind a little country but I'd rather have some metal in my life

My closest friend loves country. As for me, I can listen to almost everything BUT country. lol For some reason, I just don't have the taste for it.... It's mostly metal for me, but there are a few R&B songs hiding in my Ipod somewhere....

I don't usually like country but I love Hank Williams and Johnny Cash. They go hand in hand with some old good Social Distortion.

Where are the girls like you in Florida? Lol. I listen to parkway drive, August burns red, AILD, unearth, killswitch, trivium, the list goes on. Parkway drive is by far my favorite. His vocal range is top notch.

Edit: I'm liking that burden of grief you posted too

Nothin' wrong with that I do see a little bit of a...country-related essence within Social Distortion. I can't quite explain.

lol Sorry, I'm all the way up in Virginia, where barely anyone shares the same musical tastes as me....

Wow, Parkway Drive's screamer is pretty impressive! That's the type of scream I prefer, as opposed to the shrill, high-pitched shrieks some of the other bands like to do Trivium is definitely up there as well. Their song, The Crusade, is unbearably epic

Absolutely. His scream is very unique. And the breakdowns are very powerful.

Love me some parkway drive, I hit their DVD with horizons as watched it a few times, it's amazing how they do those breakdowns. Also funny to watch how they got together and traveled and such.

Breaking Benjamin brings back memories I'll still listen to them every once in a while.

I'm sure I brought it up in one of my earlier posts, but is anyone here familiar with MyGrain?

Well let's revive it! I've been listening to a lot of Trivium and Infant Annihilator and just stumbled upon Jasta
