Mufflers in morning

I guess I have the right mufflers for my Mustang. I thought I left for work quietly, turns out I woke up the wife driving down the street. Maybe the neighbors too. In the daytime I like to give it some gas and hear the rumble. I run Flowmaster American Thunder

I run the same axlebacks. The sound they make from a cold start is fantastic! I wish they always sounded like that at idle, even after warming up.

How do you like yours? I love the tone and growl. I love the sound and high and low RPM. Running down the highway/interstate at 60-70 is rough though (3.31 gears)... I find myself exceeding 80 for the sole purpose of getting out of the drone range. Magically at precisely 1.95k RPM - no drone. This spring I'm going to install 4.10 gears and that should help with the that among other things heh.

I made the right choice in mufflers Bobdole. Wife said its too loud when riding with me. I will see if I notice a difference when at eighty. Daughter goes to Auburn. What to they say there? War Eagle

Pissing off neighbors is a requirement if you have a modified mustang haha! Pissing off the wife on the other hand...................... Good luck with that!

i have the flowmaster outlaw axlebacks. my neighbors hate me in the morning. especially when i drive past their car parked on the street and set off their alarms. gotta love doing that. and i know when i come home late and everyone is sleeping i wake them up. lol. i love doing that. i need more loud though. the outlaws are too tame for my taste. i wanna rattle their pictures on the wall.
