~20k is about the going rate for used 05+ GT's with that low mileage in my area at least, if not less.

I bought my '05 in october of '07 for $19,998 and it had about 30K miles on it but it had all the available features and was supersexy redfire metallic. I have never seen a new GT for $24K. The absolute base on a brand new GT is $26,425

eh, i guess where you live. Here you wont get a GT off the lot for at least 28k, maybe a little less now cause of fuel prices and economy suckage.

i did a few months ago. it was at long lewis ford in muscle shoals, al. red and loaded.
