Well fellas, its official. I will not be heading to the meet. Just can't get the time off, already took this weekend off to head to a big classic car cruse/show up in Wisconsin. I'm pretty excited though, it'll be my first show ever. And i've gone once before and the entire TOWN of Wisconsin Dells is completely filled with muscle cars. But if we do this sorta thing next year, i'll totally do it. I'll be finished with college by then with hopefully a better job.

So here goes an idea. After the gathering at the Ford Dealer I say we hit the road to Hermann we could follow Route "O" to 94 to 19 into Hermann. The trick is there anyplace we could all park together like in the town center or the Ford dealer there? Anybody down that way have any other ideas? Maybe contact http://www.tinmillbrewery.com/ because they are having a Rhythm & Brews Festival that day to see if we could all park in an area to show off the cars and maybe draw more people into there shops?

Friday Night fun...

In an effort to provide something cool to do on Friday Night, I suggest we do a short cruise down some fun roads here in Columbia. My thought is to stage at the Knights of Columbus hall, head up route E to Harrisburg, Mo. Then run south down Route J back to Highway 40, then back to Columbia and whatever place we want to congregate for dinner/social time. It would be a 30 mile run but nice CURVY roads.
My biggest issue is where we can park that many nice Mustangs near a food venue on a Friday Night without being split up and stuck with the "other" cars that may pose a threat to our ponies (read door dings). Let me keep tossing ideas around and see what I come up with...

We could actually set up the camera twice, once on Route E going north, and then on Route J when we head back South. We can stage in the Harrisburg HS parking lot as camera is set up.

American Muscle is hard to beat especially if you're lookin for tires and wheels free mtg bal and shipping. I even used their prices to help negotiate the local tire shop prices and if u haven't check out tire monkey dot com u can buy tires for a deal n have em shipped to ur local tire shop.
