I am a day younger then Dirt and a little older then the trees I retired from the Navy in 98 and have not slowed down yet. In 2011 I was on 6 continents in the year last year I stopped traveling so I could have a bit of fun before I retire again.

Should we start an E-mail list so we can send information to the group without it getting lost in a 20+ page posting?

So here is an idea for Friday night. We meet at a Sonic and figure out which hotels we are all staying at. That night we find a local place to sit around and have a few beverages. Saturday morning we hit the dealer until 1300 (1PM) then we go our separate ways until sometime that night when we meet up again at an AW or something like that. Hitting the dealer at 1500 (3PM) on a Friday is not so good an idea for them. But a Saturday morning when they can advertise it as an event I think would be better for them and us. If there is a local Mustang club we should find a contact. Anybody in MCA? They have a list of local club contacts I am pretty sure.

This guy has great ideas! So far I like this as our plan! There used to be a local mustang club in Missouri they have a web site that I have sent an email to the other night and haven't heard back yet and the site looked pretty out dated as if nobody was on there anymore but its good to try! Also I haven't heard from American muscle sense I sent them an email on wed. Of last week just replied with the event web adress lol so the sooner the better! Thanks for all your brilliant ideas and contribution to this meet it means a lot to all of us!

Thanks I just talked to the local clubs President and they have an event in Jefferson City MO on Saturday at the Mechens Ford dealer there. They will put the word out to their group and see what we can muster up. He is also getting names of places like Sonics and AW root beer to have a drive up old time dinner and things to do after hours. When I get this information I will pass it along to the group here.

here's the game plan as of right now

Friday: meet at Sonic or any kind of restaurant fast food find out where people are staying for hotels!

Saturday: in the a.m. meet at Ford until 1 p.m. then go for maybe a cruise for a little bit go our separate ways either to the track or others that don't want to bring their cars to the track I believe there some kind of festival in Harmon a City not too far away!

Saturday: pm meet up again hit up in A&W or something like that and just socialize or whatever!

Sunday: in the morning anything goes whether you stay or go home maybe a cruise around town or just a simple BBQ!

What do you guys think? Any objections? The mornings will probably start early that way we can do more things with our days!!!
