It's different in every region in the south Tx region for bread it's mrs. Bairds extra thin white. But that's a Texas only bread. Imports like marinela the gansito original are the best sellers but then again it's Texas Mexicans go crazy here

Right now I do menu certification for 6 extra cents reimbursement. That along with going to schools to review their documentation, like nutrition fact labels, all that. It's all implementation of the Healthy Hunger Free Kids Act (HHFKA). I teach the new meal patterns. All that stuff. I love it.

Hey guys, when lowering your car is all you need a set of springs? Noob on this. I know to get the full effect you need some LCAs, panhard bar, etc. But if I went and bought a set of eibach lowering springs, for example, is that all I need to lower it without stressing my suspension?

At least shocks/strutsand caster camber plates depending on how low u go I went 1.5" and all I did was shocks/struts with my set up and so far no problems
