Too low to the ground! The wrx has the clearance and the suspension for off road. The brz is a car for the streets. Plus the wrx has awd good for rally, rwd is not lol. But i would like to see them try to shoehorn an awd system and the turbo engine from the wrx sti into the brz, but that would definitely compromise thier precious 50/50 weight distribution

You'll like 'em. Outstanding rain tire and their dry traction is decent too. I had a set of HTR Z II (275/40ZR) on my '07 GT's 9.5"x18" chrome Bullitts. Another plus is, they don't pick up much rock like most other treads do. They are relatively traction-less in light snows, yet they are perfect for playing in it. I'd definitely buy another set when the time comes. One thing I should mention... A Tulsa dealership put these tires and wheels on the car as an aftermarket upgrade. They never checked alignment. 5,000 miles later, the front tires started whining. I looked and the tread was worn excessively on the inside. I permanently rotated the tires (front to back) and had an aftermarket camber kit installed to straighten up the wheels. Ford had to take the alignment "out-of-limits" ensure proper thread wear. You can see the camber problem I had in the bottom photo. See how the wider and deeper dished wheels are out at the bottom?

Thanks for the compliment. I miss my '07. I wouldn't recommend the dealership in Tulsa at all. They wouldn't stand behind their "dealer-installed" f-up. Hence, I graciously gave the dealership's sales manager a good ol' Marine Corps cussin'. I was asked to leave and I took his advice... Leaving two nice wide black rubber patches on his lot.
