Ahhh! Everybody is busy as usual lol. I'm always up for a trip recon and I'm great caleb, thanks. About to head to a wedding rehearsal. Mark, I saw an f150 do the same thing 2 days ago. It made me wonder if it was still low. The Guage showed it in the green tho. Travis, when is she due?

My dad talked to our good mechanic back home and he said the AC clutch will still cycle if its over filled. I'm going to redneck engineer a way to bleed a little r134a out and see how that works.

Yeah the AC was cool, but since I'm anal about my cars regardless of what I'm driving, I wanted ice cold so I charged it and it took all of the bottle, but I doubt it needed the whole thing. Did some research and found out that's probably what it was. I've vented some of the refrigerant out and the AC compressor is staying on longer now. So I'm just doing a little bit at a time and seeing how the car reacts to it. So far I'm making progress, but I'm going slowly but surely so I don't release too much and have to add more again.

Mark, I wouldn't think that the system would take anymore than it could hold.

Me neither but that seemed to be the case. It's pretty close to being right after venting some refrigerant out.

An AC system can be over charged very easy. Which will cause the head pressure to be way to high and the cooling system to over work and not cool as well. Get a gauge from a auto parts store and put the correct pressure in it. They are cheap enough anymore.

I had to fill one system and the can of R134 had a gauge built into it.

By the way I still have 12 cans of R12 that I bought before they outlawed it.

Well, I spent forever typing a message that didn't post. It went something like, man I really am gonna miss getting together with everybody this year. Angie showed me a picture of Caleb's baby and that let me know how fast life is going. Now, Travis is having a baby. We need to plan something awesome for next year. More than just about mustang. About friends.

Yeah, we should just get together next year for friendship sake. Also include our Mustang passion. I looked the other day at a 91, but just can't settle yet. I'm too picky. Hope everyone is enjoying the summer time.

Yeah summer is just always busy for me. I'm waiting and either getting a tvs 2011-2014 coyote auto or a 2007-2009 gt500 after my student loans are paid off.

Get together date set!

Well I was going to suggest stopping by here. I'm a little less than an hour from Nashville. I'm in the other direction; assuming you're going through Bowling Green. I'd love to see the shelby that's why I asked. Then again you might not be in it. Probably should've asked that first.

Yes, it would. If I could make the trip I'd come over that way. But my medical issues love to give me trouble when I'm traveling. So, I try to keep it to a minimum. Which this is a long way off, but there's a car show close to here. It's my favorite show in my area. It's on the third Saturday of August, in Eddyville, KY, located on the top of Lake Barkley. You would enjoy it. There's normally a fella that brings a real deal 67 GT500, 427 2X4 carbs with a four speed manual. Car is drop dead gorgeous. That's one of the things that show up. There's also a bike that's Pirates of the Caribbean themed with air brushed art all over it, completely stunning. This was there last year.

I've been to lake Barkley several times my brother. We will make it happen. I love that area out there. So so beautiful. We will get it worked out. As soon as I head out that way, we will get some pics of our babies.
