The school can override the dmv, driving is a privilege that the school can take away. Bring your grades up, make an effort, then talk to the principal.

It was when I was in school from 05-10. School always has the say so, that's why they provide drivers ed. They use it as leverage to help boost students grades.

It wasn't a law when I was in high school in Kentucky. But defiantly go talk to your principle.

ha Georgia's law is attendance maybe we should adopt this law to encourage students to get better grades.

My advice: School is not easy, it requires work. No way did I think I would ever use aspects from school projects in real life. Today I had a job interview, and I can relate so much of what I have done in college back to basic problem solving skills. I suggest you focus on what matters, and get an education.

Let's put it this way, it's getting harder to find jobs at Mc. Donald's without a high school diploma, or GED. So get those grades up, and then worry about driving.

Its because in cali its not a law the most they do is give you cheaper insurance for good grades

And op get your grades up and talk to your principle and show him your making effort... maybe write a leter... drivings a privilege and i dont think they would just give it back.. you gotta earn it
