That's blasphemy lol you haven't had a good steak until you have had one from us. I doubted that statement until the owner gave me one(ribeye) and told me to go cook it and put it next to any steak I wanted and promised me it would be better. Needless to say it was amazing.

I wouldn't say I'm a butcher but I do work in the meat shoppe and have dabbled in cutting here and there, mine ribeye, chuck eye very close second they are underrated not well known.

Martin's Meat Market in warner robins, ga. A chuck eye is a very underrated steak bc you only get 3-4 out of each loin, so 6-8 per cow. It's the tip of the ribeye for about half the price and honestly the better part of the ribeye.
