Motorcycle owners, need some help

So the other I decided it was time to clean the Ninja up, because the weather is getting pretty nice. I normally just use mist on it after I soap her up, but the new nozzle for the hose doesn't have mist. So I just rinsed her off real quick. Now she is running like a turd. I know I have gotten something wet. I am going to pull her apart tonight, any ideas where to start, what might be wet.
