Bro you have no idea how annoying those fkrs are!! I was at a stop light one night and out nowhere this civic comes up revving the sh**** out of his 4cyl. With his loud azzzzz. Fart can!! And he wanted to race! 😳 i rolled down my window and i saw a kid with a hat sideways. I mean you can hear my cam. And i asked him. "Are you serious" and he said "lets go". After that i just smiled and turned arround. I wasnt wasting gas on him.

My boss had a dart, it wasn't a terrible car, he had the turbo version and it was a nice blue. But it started having transmission issues after 10,000 miles. Long story short, it's already had 2 new transmissions, 3 new computers, countless CELs...it's a pile of crap. He traded it in finally and took a 8k loss on it just to get into something else.

I think they got the Charger right if anything. I know it has four doors but four doors is considered sporty nowadays on sedans. I always thought the Pontiac G8 should have been the GTO and they wouldn't have been able to build them fast enough! I think the "Pony" cars of course should be 2 door but I feel for other larger modern muscle cars to be successful they need to be 4 door. Back in the old days the main difference between a "sports" model was the number of doors but that's not the case nowadays and I really don't miss those super long doors on some of those older cars. The mustang doors are about as long as I want to have to deal with!

Couldn't get a better pic but it was 4 different colors, body kit melted in the back, chewed in the front, entire car covered in exhaust soot. Sounded like straight pipe

I don't know what Foose is (I am guessing that's a thing ...lol), but the hood scoop looks like he got it from Walmart, the body kit looks like it melted in the sun, those rims (even if stock) look awful, the rear window quarter panels look meh, and grille inserts are meh, and there was something about the rear end, which is why I drove around. If they like it, cool for them, but to me, it looks extremely ricey. All that added on, for what reason? Did it look good a decade ago? Nothing helps anything, maybe slightly better aero with the grille blocks and lower front end but like that is really the purpose...did I mention what it looks like? Lol

Chip Foose... He is a person. Car designer, makes parts for different cars, makes wheels. He is a pretty famous designer. Have you never seen the TV show Overhaulin? I've never seen a chip foose car I didn't like. Guy is mega talented.

Watch overhaulin bro, they steal an old car for 1 week, constantly pranking the victim along the way, then make their ride into a custom Foose one off show car. My wife tried and tried to get him to steal my 72 torino sport, but they said they only do So Cal area....grrrr

I think it looks tacky i don't care who designed it. It reminds me of one those tacky dealer aftermarket overpriced conversions. It reminds of a Southern Comfort Truck. If you like that sort of gaudy stuff go get Foosed. I like my Mustangs clean and mean I don't like that top and bottom two tone stuff. Changing the wheels would help.Click image for larger version

Was never fond of his two tone paint scheme that he does on every almost single one of his builds.

Chip Foose does more than Mustangs - so when you go to his site you won't find "Mustang parts", and he has done some great work. The Foose style Mustang isn't available any longer. He started out working for Boyd Coddington, and then went on his own. Very nice guy, will stop and talk to you at shows even. At the Detroit Autorama he came over to see a friends' Mustang because someone told him about it - he had a S197 that he custom fabricated a pair of taillights from a 1970 Mustang. Chip walked all around complimenting him on his work and told him "it never occurred to me to try the 1970 taillights - I may have to try that myself now".

His 1967 Impala won the Riddler award at this year's Detroit Autorama and is a beautiful piece of work. His style tends to the two tone paint jobs.

This is my old car, 2006 Mustang Pony with Xcharger Xtreme and the Foose hood (with a shaker)

I agree. He does some amazing work. If I could sketch the way he does, I'd make a living just from that.
