I've been thinking about getting lowering springs. But my friend just cut his springs. Is this anywhere near of a good idea? He is it was a lot less than springs and labor

Rice or nice?

Got a friend with a 67 Impala SS and he did that. From what he told me it doesn't hurt it, but he only cut one loop out. So, anything more than that might be pushing it.

I want to lower it but it's like 150 for the springs 250 for cc plates and another 200 for labor give or take that's pricey for a 1.5 drop

$600.00 is a drop in the hat compared to doing a hack job on your car and having an unreliable/ improper spring rate.

It is not a good idea these days. You are completely changing the spring rate. Don't do it. Anything worth doing is worth doing right

There was nothing in English in that very long run-on sentence of a description. Not to mention the K&N exhaust.

That Mercedes monster truck would actually be cool. Just beat the hell out of it. But yeah there were some real winners in the bunch. I noticed a bit of a Canadian trend 😵

Saw this late 70s model Green Corvette in the parking garage at work. Looked in good condition and well taken care of. Exhaust pipes do not look original. Nice nonetheless.
