I think the side badge is incorrect, but the single cab and length of the bed is correct. It could be. I always thought these were pretty cool. Thought the second gen's side step is really cool .

I do believe it is, I saw one around my town once that looked just like that except black!

With a badge on the fender not a stripe, maybe it was an option?

They were 5.8L and that's definitely a 93-95 lightning. It's sad to see it that way.

Thank you! Someone finally gets it. And just so everyone knows, it's NOT a real lightning I was talking to one of the guys that hopped out that truck and he told me it's a regular f-150 with a cool badge.

In our defense, it's kinda hard to tell the difference between an old lighting and an old f-150 because it's been about 20 years people take colors and rims off and it's just another car to the owner

Yea I hear ya. I should have explained when I put the picture up. I just wanted to share my lol's. I didn't expect anyone to doubt it when I am posting on a thread with miss badged cars and rice cars.

That's some serious cloning skills! They got the badge, mirrors, grille, bumper, and wheels all from a lightning for it.

Here's my 2nd gen

Not much skill needed to bolt on some parts lol. Just a lot of free time and a lucky find for a parts car.
Now that's one sexy lightning. There's one down the street from me like yours, I like your rims better though.

Yeah I hear you on that, but 1st gen lightning stuff is hard to find! I wanted to fix up a 95 f150 4x4 to look like one an drop a turbo 302 in it but I couldn't find the parts :/. Ended up selling the truck with a 6cyl, to a friend, for about $3500.
