Naaa, I've had my idiotic times in my old stang..racked up 11 points , paid over 3k in tickets and am still paying off surcharge through dmv, now I drive to cruise, I'll have fun once in a while but not too much fun to get myself in trouble again..trust me tickets aren't fun especially in the long run..I still pay for my careless driving and speeding tickets from when I was like 18..I'm 21 nd still gotta give the DMV money every month

Yep very lucky i still have my license, havent gotten a ticket since 18 so now points are at like 7-8..Only insurance company I could find to insure me after all that was progressive, at a little over 500$ a month, yea not fun at all , they don't care if you haven't gotten a ticket in 3 years..they care if you haven't had a ticket in over 5

Plus I also pay like 220$ a month for my 02 GT..just to drive I pay about 700-750$ a month...if I didn't F up as a kid with all those tickets, I'd prob be driving a brand new 5.0 right now..but prob still would have gotten my NE 4.6 first, always wanted one since they came out in 99 and always told myself I will have it one day hahaha

There's a YouTube video of a guy doing about 145-150 in a Edge GT. I know once I was doing 135+ and was only pulling about 4000 RPMs.

True! Radar detectors detect when it's too late and the radars they pick up aren't the only thing police now use to monitor speeds. Best not to even risk it.
