Not a paint job i wanted :(

Go out to my buddies car this morning to find this, so much vandalism happening this month in the city I live in right now, I don't no why people do this. Can't even go to the cops cause they hate the car scene here to they have being pulling stock cars off the road saying they have illegal camber.

I would say murder the culprits, but murder is never the answer. So, slow and painful torture is the answer for this one. Sadly, you'll never find who did it. God i hate the human race.

Yeah wish there was a way to find out who did it but have no idea. And got the paint off lucky but still has a residue on it.

Some prewax glaze or polisher will remove residue and then you can hit it up eith some light wax to get it 100% again. This is outrageous I would just deliberately run them over with the same car. Which isn't legal. So i'd put my training to use..

For sure...I've seen a picture in the past where someone did that on a rear quarter panel.

Just a idea, my friend has a 08gmc dually that he built for sema and he woke up one morning to it being egged. His truck has a 4k+ paint job with diamond clear coat which was completely unharmed by the eggs, BUT he put out a go pro camera and parked his truck under the street light and recorded the culprits driving a beat up Honda civic which he recognized from a few streets over. He took the police, the video, and went to the house and knocked on the door only for it to be answered by the little egg throwing punk himself. He then posted signs on all street corners warning people of who had been throwing eggs in that neighborhood and someone in that neighborhood ended up beating that kid within a inch of his life from what I was told. The kid was faced with multiple vandalism charges and had to deal with everyone knowing what he did in his own neighborhood. Just an idea for ya

That diamond clearcoat is the bee's knees and hard as nails.

Imagine having the entire vehicle done with it. His truck could probably get in a minor fender bender and I think that paint wouldn't even rub.

I know of a car that is bare metal polished and clear coated. You can't look at it in the bright sunlight without shades. The gloss black decklid panel on the 13/14 Mustangs are diamond clearcoated. I had mine painted Race Red to match my car and the body shop had a heckuva time scuffing it for painting. Once they sanded through the surface, they had to apply an etching primer to ensure the paint stuck properly. Took two hours to break through the clearcoat surface with 320grit wet paper and an orbital sander. Scotchbrite pads wouldn't even dull it.
